Extended Warranty Options
For items covered byourone–year warranty, we also offer the option to purchaseathree or five–year warrantyon selected items.
Dell Warranty
On our Dell recertified products, we offeron–site next–business day warranty–ensuring a certified Dell technician is dispatched to your customer.
*Note:Manyproducts that we offer afive–year warrantyon, particularly our configure–to–order items,come with consumablecomponentsin them,meaning thesemaynot be covered byourfive–year warranty. All other parts wouldbe.

In the event your customer may require support, we have a portal that’s accessible at any time, where you can submit a ticket to our teamand receive a responsewithin 24workinghours.
Upon submitting a ticket, you will need to includeyour order reference,the system tag or serial number of the hardware and a description of the problem.

We’ll provide a cost estimate for engineering work and materials/equipment.
Our engineers will attend the office or data centre with all the necessary equipment. Any extra work not initially quoted will be recorded and charged accordingly.
